Developed by our head coach, Arian Bates, PET (Power/Endurance/Technique) is an intense workout! Build muscle as you push beyond that climbing plateau. This is an ongoing training series, and walk-ins are welcome.

Family Fun Friday

By popular demand, Family Fun Friday is extended and expanded! We now provide Full-Service Guided Climbing for all, for an hour ($9) or up to 3 hours ($18). That's right, now parents can either climb their fool heads off right along with their kids, or simply relax on the mezzanine while we keep it safe in the climbing arena.

(No drop-offs, please. Non-climbing parents do not pay for access.)

If you would like to learn how to belay and tie your own climbing knots, as you would outdoors, please MAKE A RESERVATION FOR A BELAY CLASS. Adrenaline Climbing trains belayers, age 13 and older. Training usually takes about an hour, and costs $15.

If you can already belay, just ask for a FREE Belay Test.
