Event Reservation Policies

It is our primary and ultimate goal to ensure that you and your guests have THE BEST TIME EVER at Adrenaline Climbing! Please help us make the reservation process easy by reviewing the following policies in advance of placing your reservation:

MAKING RESERVATIONS: Group Reservations must be made ONLINE at least 14 days in advance. Also, any changes to a reservation (in terms of date, time-slot, or number of climbers) must be made at least 14 days in advance. Requests for changes made less than 14 days prior to the event date are not guaranteed, but may be accommodated at the discretion of Adrenaline Climbing management.

OBTAIN RSVPs EARLY: If a lower-than-expected number of climbers attends an event, and you have NOT informed us of the change in the number of climbers at least 10 days prior to the event, you will be charged for the event package as reserved.

PAYMENT: When you submit your online reservation request, you will be required to place a deposit. Within 2 business days of receiving your online reservation request, a representative of Adrenaline Climbing will contact you by phone and/or email to finalize all the details of your event. In the unlikely event that we cannot accommodate your reservation request, your deposit will be promptly refunded. Once your reservation is finalized with the representative, it is NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason; however, it may be transferable under certain circumstances. Payment for the balance of your event fee, any "Celebration Extras," and gratuities will be accepted at the conclusion of your event.

ALL RESERVATIONS ARE FINAL: If a reservation holder should call at least 14 days in advance to change an event date, without having a future date in mind, the deposit charged to the account holder will be considered "in-house credit" toward an event in the future. This credit must be utilized within one year of the original event date, or it will be forfeited.

REPEAT, ALL RESERVATIONS ARE FINAL: In the event that a reservation holder should simply cancel or "no-show" for a reservation, there will be no "in-house credit".

We hope that you find these policies reasonable and fair. In order to staff your event for maximum safety and fun, we will provide you with one coach for every five climbers. This is why it is so important that we have an accurate count of climbers at least a week in advance. We thank you for your consideration so that we may provide the best services to all our event guests.
