We're perfect for newcomers to the sport.

Adults and children alike can experience the challenge, fun, and safety of indoor rock climbing. Simply walk-in and climb independently after a short auto belay orientation or take our 20-minute top rope belay orientation.

Who can climb?

People of all ages, all levels of experience, and all levels of fitness and ability can climb! If you can climb a ladder, you can climb at Adrenaline Climbing.

What should I wear?

The best choice is flexible, comfortable, athletic style clothing.

All climbers must wear rock climbing shoes.
